Export to PDF: how to use table of contents as PDF index and have hyperlinks for each page?

Hello,

I don't know if i'm doing something wrong, but as an ex-gdocs user i'm missing some features on export PDF:

- Create PDF index based on table of contents

- Table of contents items showing as hyperlinks for their respective pages

Are these features available on Zoho or is there a plan to release them?
