Exporting a zoho sheet to xls format

I'm getting a problem when trying to export a sheet to xls format, i'm no longer getting the pop-up box telling me where to save the document to, which means it doesn't export at all, i've tried in explorer and firefox and i don't have any pop up blockers on in firefox or explorer - also my firewall is turned off.

Any ideas?
