External Data Does Not Update

I have 3 external data links within my spreadsheet. Of late they do not seem to be updating my public display link, but when I access the file(spreadsheet doc) itself the figures have updated.

The update is set up on daily with a 1 minute interval space for each external data link (22:52 & 22:53 & 22:54)

Does anyone else have problems with external data not updating their public viewing sheet?

How do I go about getting it to update daily, instead of me actually opening the file (spreadsheet doc) and saving it before it updates the public sheet?
