Hello,

We are a local council organisation and I have a created a group email address for external correspondence to then be distributed to each individual councillor.  Individual councillors can not be emailed directly, (I will be raising a separate topic to cover that scenario we are trying to accomplish). The group has been set up with the access level of everyone, but emails get bounced back with the following:-

Has anyone come across this issue before?
