I add my facebook group to my account and it connects. Then it just disconnects and tells me to reconnect. 

I've sent emails about this and no response. How come Zoho doesn't have a customer service chat on their site like many others? Makes no sense to sell software for social media management and customer support yet you don't even offer customer service of your own.
