TAKE MY MONEY!

Lord, as usual, these things.... ok I am getting the 

"You can't run restircted lead ads until your Facebook Page accepts Facebook's Restricted Lead Generation Terms of Service" error when trying to make lead ads. 

But my FB ad account has accepted this, has for some time. (at:  https://www.facebook.com/ads/leadgen/tos)

So why? Why why why.......
