Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "support@bestinevent.com" using 2 possible authenticators

I am getting above error, while sending mail using zoho. 

But I am unable to send mails. I am getting above error. I have activated two factor authentication by following steps given on following link:

https://accounts.zoho.com/tfa/configure.

But I am still unable to send mails. 

Please help me to resolve this.
