Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username ... using 2 possible authenticators

I try to use SMTP zoho mail in my prestashop 1.7.1. store.

The problem is, when I try to send test mail (after setup) I get an error:


Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "<zoho email here>" using 2 possible authenticators.

Anyone knows the solution for this?
