Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username using 2 possible authenticators with Laravel

I have a form on my website and im trying to send an email but i keep getting the error above. 

below is my .env config 

MAIL_DRIVER = smtp
MAIL_HOST = smtp.zoho.com
MAIL_PORT = 587
MAIL_USERNAME = zoho-username
MAIL_PASSWORD = password
MAIL_ENCRYPTION = tls
and in my controller

Mail:: send( 'emails.reminder' , [ 'user' = > $user ] , function ( $m ) use ( $user ) { $m - > from( 'hello@app.com' , 'Your Application' ) ; $m - > to( $user - > email , $user - > name ) - > subject( 'Your Reminder!' ) ; } ) ;

 Please need help!
