I am trying to provide some support to my mother in Australia from the UK - so I am connected to the zoho.eu server, but when I send her the link to use, she gets an error message saying the server cannot be accessed (or something similar) at the present time. When I use the exact same link at the exact same time, I get a successful response.

I am assuming this is a regions issue? If so, how do I get to be able to set up unattended access on her PC?
