Failed to receive some message

Hi,

I am currently setting up Zoho with Shopify and have been having issues when receiving messages where sometimes it gets sent and sometimes it gives me an "Address not found" error.

The "Check MX" tool says everything is fine though.


Does it matter if its ".com.au" vs ".com", which is what Shopify automatically adds when I use the Zoho code?
