Faulty translations in help center
My area:
„All Department“ --> not translated into german at all (Alle Abteilungen)
Status drop-down field:
The verb to open and the status open in english is the same, but that doesn't make sense in german.
-> Verb in german: Öffnen
-> Status in german: Offen
The same applies to close... Whereby it is already wrong in english... it should be called closed!
-> Status in german: Geschlossen
„All Channel“ --> not translated into german at all (Alle Kanäle)
How can I translate this myself? Zoho probably won't correct it so fast....or?!
