Feature Request: Please allow mapping of fields in tickets to Contact and Account fields

When I create a ticket in Zoho Desk and select a contact, some of the fields are auto populated (email, phone and account for example).

However, if I add a Mobile Phone field there is no way to map it to the Mobile field in the Contact record, and it needs to be filled manually every time.

Ideally, I would like to see a feature which allows me to configure field mappings based on Account and Contact information.

I imagine that it could work like this: When I add a custom field, I can click the cog (settings) icon for that field and choose "Configure Mapping". If there are any lookup fields on the template such as Contact or Account,  I will have the option to select the field I want to base the mapping on and the field from that module which I want to add to this custom field.

It would also be great, if I don't have that information in the Contact or Account record, when I enter it in the ticket it updates the module it links back to.
