Feature Requests/Ideas from a new user

Hello,

I'm a new Recruit user, the vanguard for ideally the rest of my small recruiting agency transitioning entirely over. So far, I am loving the system, its simplicity, etc. and out of everything I've tried, it seems to be the most likely to provide us one single, simple, unified/integrated platform for our work. THAT SAID:

1 - There has to be a better/easier/quicker way to import candidates via vcards. Vcards are so common nowadays...

2 - Email integration is awesome - what isn't awesome is that there doesn't seem to be any integration between candidates on the Recruit side, and contacts on the mail side. It would be great if you could be in your email, and have a contacts section that was the candidates, for example, from your Recruit software.

3- APP! Come one! How is there not an iOS app for the Recruit program? This lack could I guess be somewhat mitigated if the above contact/candidate integration was in place (so at least on the road, I could look up a candidate I'm working with to see his info) - but as is, Recruit is effectively a desktop-only solution. This is the one big thing holding up the rest of my company being willing to fully transition over now.

Any thoughts? Do any existing users have any workarounds to the above that they would be willing to share?
