Fetching Data

Hi,

I have a database in zoho creator and i need data from my database to be pulled into zoho sheet.In the database i collect the number of sendouts and placements from each employee on a daily basis. What i need is the total of that to be pulled in the sendout and placement cells in here. How can i do this. I also have information about sendouts n placements stored in zoho reports, would it be easier to pull information from zoho reports or zoho creator.
