Fetching Email Replies into Zoho Recruit
I have set up my email add-on and can send email from zoho recruit just fine however, when a client replies or sends me an email it does not show on the client or client contact record. Please advise... I looked in your help section and could not resolve the problem. It does say "you need to enable sharing option for each Candidate, Client or Client Contact." I am not sure where that setting is, can you explain. Thanks in advance for a QUICK reply. DeEtte
