FILE SHARING without having to SignI/Up to collaborate ?

FILE SHARING without having to SignI/Up to collaborate ?

I am testing "Private Share" and used my gmail.com account to send Share email which came(see below) but when I click on the link it requires me to SignIn/Register.

Is there a way to invite to share/edit document without requiring that person to SignIn?
