In Zoho Assist, To transfer a file or folder, I click on the Files and Folders tab at the top and the send/receive box pops up.

I can then transfer the file....but if I need to transfer another file, I have to close down assist completely and then log back on  to Assist. I am having to do this withe very file I need to transfer. It is as though there is a "1 file per session" limit on it...This has been going on for about 4 weeks. Any help gratefully received.
