Need help figuring out how an intended recipient can acknowledge this mail sent by Zoho.

I setup a "filter", who's instruction is to "forward" mail to another e-mail address when it meets the condition of the filter.  When doing so, I specify the recipient's e-mail address.  They are sent the following.  What perplexes me is the password.  Why is it asking for a password, and why is it asking to authenticate me, the sender?  I enter my own password, which doesn't work.  They can't supply their own e-mail, but then again, what is the point of that.
