We have been a small business with an email address attached to one person where all enquiries go even though that person (me!) has many aliases. We need to make sure these enquiries become visible to all members of the team so they don't get missed as a sales lead. I have worked out that I can specifically pick the emails that are sales related and filter them to go to be forwarded to another email address and I am wondering if the solution is that we set up an inbox for sales enquiries for these to filter through to, so my next question is, if I do this can I then make this email inbox accessible by lots of users? Or is there a better way of solving this problem?
