congratulations desenvovlida tool has huge potential. But several major areas that still does not cover, and are vital to your success.
Example: We can only have one active form to reply! That makes no sense.
But I wonder if we can create groups of candidates, so we manage better oursample, their areas of expertise and skills available.
We can create macro and sub-groups of candidates?
Example 1:
Group Home: Engineers
Sub-group: mechanical
Child Group: Aviation
tags: Foo; AZA; BCDF, etc ...
Example 2:
Group Home: Engineers
Sub-group: Information Technology
Child Group: Mobile
tags: Android, iPhone, Blackberry
So it would be possible to categorize and filter the candidates, and quickly find the best options, without being overwhelmed by a tidal wave of tags that are used to exhaustion
Just give the option to create categories / filters that we intend to use to archive cvs
