firewall issues

Hi one of our clients' firewall won't allow them to get onto zoho. Do you know a way around this? or alternatively, is there a way for our clients to download and view documents and posts via email (which they recieve). When they click the link it still takes them to docs.zoho.com and it is blocked by thier firewall.
