We are writing to request an enhancement to the holiday management feature within Zoho Desk. Currently, holidays can only be configured as full-day events. While this is suitable for many occasions, it limits flexibility in managing holidays that occur only during specific parts of a day.

We propose the ability to define holidays as partial-day events, allowing users to specify exact start and end times for holidays. This would significantly improve the accuracy of work hour calculations and scheduling.

Specific Request:

• Introduce the option to define holidays as partial-day events within the holiday management settings.
• Provide a user-friendly interface to specify the start and end times for partial-day holidays.
• Ensure that work hour calculations and scheduling accurately consider partial-day holidays.

By implementing this feature, Zoho Desk can offer more precise holiday management, leading to improved time tracking and resource allocation.
