Folders to visible for everyone?

I would want to create Folders that are visibile to everyone under the Folders tree to the left. Is this possible?
When I share folders with the organization, they will see these folders under the "Share with Me" tree. This is something I don't want, but that the whole organization has the same folders under "Folders".
