How can i follow up my assigned task? Do i get notifications when a task which i assigned is done?

Example: I hired a candidate and when i change the status to hired, i assign different tasks to several people and i would like to know which task have been done which one are still not done. Is it possible to see the overview of the task? Do i get notifications for each completed task?
