Forcast, placement revenue
The main purpurse of a recruiters job is to place candidates and when placed to see how many placements and what revenue they have made that month, quater, year. Unfortunatly you dont have this tool so its really hard to keep track of placed candidates and what revenue is made each month, i would recommend your forecast section to be more geared upto placements made and the revenue brought in from it
