We want to be able to force the user to attach some files when transitioning the status of a task via a blueprint. My guess is that this kind of an enforcement could be better forced by adding an "Attachment" type of field onto the task layout. Defining the attachments as task layout fields would also enable us to get reports about them and to analyze them.
