I seem to be having an issue with a form that I have created. It freezes up and crashes more or less every time I attempt to use it. Is it because I am using to many fields perhaps?

On page 3 all of the form fields are listed for each patch panel port I am trying to collect info for. I have rules in place that show/hide fields depending on previous selections.

Is there any easier way to do what I am trying to achieve? Essentially I am repeating the same questions 24 times per page!

Ideally I want to add many more patch panel pages and then show/hide them depending on earlier selections
