I'd like put a custom form in our knowledge based that logged in customers can fill out which passes through information about the logged in user. In other words, if they're already logged in to our help center I don't want them to have to tell us who they are again in the form. Is that possible?

Kind of like when they submit a ticket in help center they don't have to enter their name of email because they're already logged in.

I was looking at using Zoho Forms for this but I'm not sure if it's possible. Any ideas?
