Several months ago I set Zoho mail up correctly and was successfully receiving email sent from a form on my website.

Now the form submissions are not being received. The only things I've changed are added two mailbox aliases to the default email account for this user, and upgraded the user so it has more powers similar to the super administrator.

The email is receiving other types of email, for example a test email I sent from my gmail account.

What could be the reason.
