Formatted resume not working

Hello,

We have u ploaded our Formatted/Branded resume template document and have copied a nd pasted the required merge field value into the template document mail merge fields as per the procedure. We then u pload the template document as per the procedure.

However, when we generate a formatted resume through the candidate page, the merge fields do not display the values (data) from the database even though we have used various syntax formats.
