Forms -> Leads w/Multiple Layouts

Forms -> Leads w/Multiple Layouts

The steps to integrate forms with CRM, Leads specifically, seems rather straight forward.  What I have not been able to find is a way to choose between two different layouts in my Leads module.  I see that can be done with CRM web forms, but what about Zoho Forms?  Upon form submission, can I specify which layout to use in the Leads module?
