Hi team,

I've set up an email address in the cpanel of my Inmotion Hosting account for hello@blahblah.com (eg)

I set up a forwarding action so that all emails sent to that address, arrive to my Zoho email address hello@test.com (eg)

When I send an email to hello@blahblah.com, it arrives at the Horde webmail inbox for that email address but i don't receive it to my Zoho email. I tested this further by creating a Gmail account and forwarding it to hello@test.com and it arrived without a problem.

I had inmotion Hosting Customer Service check things at their end and everything looks fine and the forwarding email is sending without issue - it's just not arriving at my Zoho email address.

Is there something I'm missing or can someone help please? Thanks.
