I have added several fields to the Candidate Detail including several file upload fields like "Reference 1, Reference 2, Reference 3, Background Check, Drug Screen, Blind Resume, Signed Application." so that I can keep them attached to the candidate record.
I would like to be able to attach some of these when I email or forward a candidate to a client. How can I make these documents appear in the "forward to client" form & the email form so that I can select which ones I want to attach to the email? For example, I might want to send the candidate's Resume, Reference 1 & Reference 2 to a client or I might just need to send the drug screen results because they need that to formalize an offer.
Also, the ability to send a blind or masked resume would be nice. (no candidate contact info and current employeer confidential)
