Fresher tag in Candidate summary view
In the summary view in Candidatates, all my candidates have the word 'Fresher' under their names. I have not tagged them as Fresher anywhere, so am unsure where this tag is coming from. From a previous post I understand that this may be to do with work experience? We do not have or want the 'work experience' field as part of our required candidate detail when we are adding new candidates (we have customised and removed this field), so why is the fresher tag still appearing? How do I get rid of it?
