"From" Name does not match Profile name

"From" Name does not match Profile name

Hi, I created an account with three separate users and one of them, despite the profile details being correct, still shows up in others' email inbox with my name on it. It is the admin account. Is there some other location where name needs to be changed, in order for the the Reply name on the admin account to match the new user's profile name?
