Full Content Searching of Resumes

I am interested in doing full content searching of clients/candidates resumes. For example in my outplacement firm, I would like to find all current or past clients/candidates who have been CFO's or live in Chicago or have worked at Kraft. Is there a way of doing that in either Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or something else? Thanks, Dan DeWitt
