Zoho should allow consultants access to design Source documents Like Invoices, Payment receipts, Sales Orders etc.

It is so sad that one cannot design source documents to look the way your client like them. This is because Zoho has already limited our level of customization. Imagine it is possible to add a field anywhere you like.

Another annoying this is that we do not have access to create a calculated field on either source document or report.

Also, for reports. We should be able to edit existing to create new reports based on our level of customization. A few months ago one of my clients using Zoho needed a report that shows all or selected customer transactions (Customer statement),  you will be surprised to hear that Zoho Books does not have such a report. We can only generate for a single customer at a time. The Account Receivable summary Report was able to bring us close to it but the report does not include customer payment. I contacted Zoho but I was told to purchase Zoho Analytics. The story after purchasing Zoho analytics is for another day.

I believe Zoho can do better.
