Hi!

I am using Zoho Mail with Apple Mail, on my Mac Book Pro, with IMAP.

Some days ago, I have received warning messages that I am nearing my mailbox limit.

After that, I did the following (as I did successfully in the past): within Apple Mail, I moved most of the mails to local storage (on my Mac).

But the quota hasn't changed significantly.

How to solve this?

And what is the best method anyway to backup old mail, and opening up space on the mailbox?

Any hints are welcome. Thanks.
