regarding GDPR vs cookie notice. Normally the customer/visior can choose the option to block cookies etc. Is there any possibility to block zoho cookies while using an non-zoho cookie notice bar?

we're using Zoho forms, salesiq and campaigns - everything integrated in our joomla-website.
