SO for instance if the client selects he wants 5 phone extensions setup, we would like to generate 5 extension numbers in another table where they would input the names for those extensions email addresses and other relevant fields for each extension.

Not sure if this is possible or how to achieve it. Im a bit new to zoho. I really appreciate the help.
