Getting Outlook Inbox and Sent emails into Zoho

I have just watched the video (new to Zoho) and it mentions Outlook emails Inbox and Sent can be copied into Zoho Mail which will also place them into the Candidate, Client and Client Contact records. I am connected with POP but I do not see the Sent mail. How is this done? Can it only be done with IMAPS?
