Getting Started with Zoho ShowTime.
Hello! Welcome to Zoho ShowTime. We hope you're enjoying the audio, video and screen share features we recently released. Here's how you can get the most from ShowTime.
Create a profile
After you sign up, take a tour to get a brief intro about ShowTime's features. To get started, create a profile so your attendees can find you, learn more about you, and register for your presentations.
All your published presentations will appear on your ShowTime profile. Your attendees can view, download, and provide feedback on the presentation. ShowTime's profile page gives you an online resume which is very similar to your LinkedIn and Facebook profiles.
Customize a session
Choose what kind of a session you would like to create - Face-to-Face or a Remote session. Face-to-face sessions are used when you and your attendees are in the same room. Remote sessions are useful when you have attendees spread across multiple locations.
Create and schedule a session and try our audio, video, screen share and in-app chat features with your remote attendees. To make a session interactive, you can run polls and request shy attendees to pose questions using their mobile devices or laptops. To engage attendees, request them to 'like' a slide when they feel the content was informative and useful.
Make custom attend URLs
To add a personal touch, customize the attend URL while you schedule a session. You can customize it on the Session Details section and share it with your attendees so they can register and join your session. Your attendees can simply connect through https://attend.zoho.com/MYKEY.
Upgrade to a more powerful version
If you are currently using ShowTime on the free trial/free account you should consider moving to our Standard/Professional or Enterprise plan to take advantage of the useful features such as maximum number of remote attendees, detailed analytics, unrestricted polls, and so much more. Try our mobile apps
Apart from the web support, ShowTime offers mobile apps for both Android and iOS. The ShowTime Presenter app lets you control and deliver your presentation from anywhere, giving you the freedom to move around the hall. The ShowTime Viewer app is exclusively for your attendees. Request them to download the app to follow you along during the session.
Exciting features coming your way
The attendees 'Open-Mic' feature lets attendees to voice their opinions or ask questions. The trainer can control who can speak and when during the session.
