So, when you download the HTML version of a Zoho form and use that on your site (I do this because I don't want to create a new form every time I clone a page and there are more styling options), it appears UTMs stop working. 

By that I mean the form stops parsing the parameters in a URL and pulling them through to CRM upon submission. This was working for me just a few weeks ago (if I remember correctly) but isn't anymore—did Zoho release an update to Forms that broke this or something? 

Please help, I'm trying to launch a new website for our company by Friday and we're just migrating everything onto Zoho!
