I am new to Zoho and have the following issues. I am using IMAP
I use the Zoho web browser and my two colleagues use Outlook. It seems when either of them deletes a mail it is reflected on the other ones Outlook inbox, but not on mine?
Secondly, I would like to be able to clear my inbox, but leave theirs untouched, so sort of in reverse to what is happening.
I understand IMAP should delete from all but not in this case?
Does anyone have a method where they can maintain a tidy inbox and let others do their own thing?
