Please see the attached Email image. I get this at times, there does not appear to be a reason for it. I am not able to read what was (or maybe is) in the Email and I get no chance to delete it. I can x out but it comes back when I log back on. Please tell me what is happening and how I can get it to be an Email again, ie, have all the options that one has with Email. Thank you
