Gmail and Zoho Recruit sent mail

Hi, I would like to ask you: Is any way how to automatically get sent emails from gmail client to zoho Emails to particular clients or candidates. For example if I send a mail from zoho recruit. Then I will receive answer (both to zoho mail and gmail client) and I will answer from gmail. I need to see the sent mail by particular person in zoho. Thanks you.
