We recently signed up for paid versions of Zoho CRM and Projects.  I registered online using my email account for both products and then afterwards learnt about the Zoho Contextual integration for Gmail so went and added both Zoho CRM and Projects into our Google Apps Domain.

I can log into both products fine through a browser and use them fine.  BUT, when I try to access either of these through the Gmail menu (shown in screenshot) I get the permissions error  "You do not have permission to access Zoho Projects Please contact your administrator".  This happens for both Zoho CRM and Projects.

THEN, when I go into Gmail I get the contextual menu appear for CRM at the bottom of emails, that seems to work.   BUT, for Projects, when I try to click "New Task" (or any of the buttons) the contextual menu for Projects seems to come up with the error  "No Project Portals created for your domain. Click here to proceed further".  We do however already have a Projects portal which works fine.  I'm not sure what the problem is.

I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything so I'm not really sure what the problem is.  Can you help please because we really need this functionality to be working?  Thanks
