Google spreadsheet =importdata or =importhtml

I'm trying to import data into a google spreadsheet from a published URL / Permalink of a table from Zoho Reports. I'm attempting to use the Google spreadsheet =importdata or the =importhtml functions. I can't get either to work.

Is what I'm attempting possible?
