First my compliments for Google Sync, one of the best in the market. I tried so many crm's with google contacts sync and this is till far the best.

One problem I am having. When I have in Google contacts a person with a company name larger than 20 characters, the account name in Zoho wil be max 20 characters. I change it in Zoho to the right name, but with the next run it will make a new Account again with 20 characters name. 

Could you have a look at that?
